Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in an LA Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the wildly popular franchise Call of Duty, has passed away in a vehicle crash in California aged 55.
Zampella's death was verified by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the development studio that he helped create.
The renowned industry figure passed away following his car crashed and burst into flames on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, as reported by.
"This is a heartbreaking loss, and we stand with his family and friends, those closest to him, and all those touched by his work," an official with Electronic Arts said.
